first direct sets comedian Iain Stirling a challenge to try something completely new

Love Island star goes from voice over booth to high-end London beauty clinic in a newly released video

first direct persuaded Iain Stirling, well known comedian and voice of Love Island, to trade the comfort of his voice over booth for a different sort of challenge, to encourage Brits to step out of their comfort zone and try something new.

In a new video released today, Iain is convinced by award-winning beauty journalist, Alice Hart-Davis, to try some of the A-List’s quirkiest new appearance-enhancing beauty treatments.

He submits himself to celebrity cosmetic doctor Dr Sarah Tonks and celebrity skin and laser expert Debbie Thomas at The Lovely Clinic in Knightsbridge. Alice leads the charge, introducing our funny man to a whole new world, and convincing him to have an Alumier chemical hand peel, an ultrasound facelift, a radiofrequency eye lift, and a laser thread vein removal on his nose!

Iain Stirling said: “I’m ready to try something new, I’ve seen the Love Island lot looking fantastic, so it’s finally my turn to try out the latest beauty treatments… I didn’t realise how brave I was until now.”

The video supports first direct ’s online campaign, encouraging Brits to take a small step outside of their comfort zones and try something new. When you switch to first direct you get £100 to try something new, or to do whatever you fancy.
